Webarto website terms
Terms for using Webarto, UK artist and maker eligibility, subscription cancellation, refunds and consumer rights.
Who we are and what these terms cover
This website is operated by WEBARTO LTD, trading as Webarto. We are registered in England and Wales under company number 15370321. Our registered office is Beckside, Flasby, Skipton, England, BD23 3PX. Contact info@webarto.co.uk.
These terms apply to the Webarto marketing website and requests for access. Paid subscriptions are covered by the subscription agreement and agreed plan schedule supplied before you commit to a paid service.
Who can subscribe
Webarto is currently available to artists and makers based in the United Kingdom. We may ask for information reasonably necessary to confirm eligibility. Any exception must be agreed in writing before we accept a subscription. This eligibility requirement does not restrict where subscribers’ customers may be based.
Requesting access and choosing a plan
Sending an access request is an enquiry. It does not create a subscription, guarantee approval or require you to pay. Before you subscribe, we will confirm your plan, available features, total charges, payment period, start date, renewal arrangements and cancellation terms.
Features marked planned are not currently available functionality. No release date is promised unless we expressly agree one. Nothing in these website terms removes rights arising from information or commitments that form part of your subscription contract.
Subscriptions, cancellation and refunds
Your subscription agreement and order confirmation state the plan, total price, payment period, start date and end date. Unless automatic renewal is expressly agreed before you subscribe, renewal requires a further agreement.
You may tell us at any time that you do not wish to renew by emailing info@webarto.co.uk or by another clear statement. Please give enough information to identify your subscription. Unless an immediate legal cancellation right applies or we agree otherwise, service continues until the paid period ends.
After any applicable statutory cooling-off period, a change of mind does not normally entitle you to a refund for the unused part of the agreed paid term. This does not affect refunds or other remedies due by law, because of our breach or because we charged you incorrectly. If we permanently stop providing the subscription without a breach by you, we will refund the unused prepaid part of the term.
Separate setup, migration, email or domain services must be identified and priced before purchase. Their cancellation treatment depends on the service, what you authorised and applicable law; they are not all automatically non-refundable. These terms do not change an existing subscriber’s contract retrospectively.
Consumer cancellation rights
If you subscribe as a consumer under a qualifying distance service contract, you normally have 14 days to cancel, starting the day after the contract is made. Tell us clearly before that period expires. A model cancellation form will be supplied with the agreement, but you do not have to use it. Any longer cancellation period required by law applies.
If you expressly ask us to start service during that period and we provide the required information, we may charge only the lawful proportionate amount for service supplied before you cancel. Activating a website does not automatically remove your cancellation right.
Any refund due following statutory cancellation will be made without undue delay and within 14 days of being informed, using the original payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise, without a refund fee. Being an artist or maker does not automatically make you a business customer; consumer status depends on the purpose of the purchase.
Using the website and its content
Please use the website lawfully. Do not attempt unauthorised access, disrupt the service or submit malicious material. Do not send passwords, payment card details or confidential customer information through the enquiry form.
We or our licensors own the website content, except where another owner is identified. Artists and makers retain their rights in their work. You may browse and share links to public pages. Other copying or reuse requires the rights holder’s permission or a legal exception.
Third-party services and availability
Links to third-party services are provided for convenience. Those services have their own terms, privacy information and fees. Webarto adds no transaction fees on Portfolio or Portfolio+; the chosen payment provider charges its own processing fees.
We take reasonable care over this website but may update it or suspend access for maintenance, security or other reasonable operational needs. Subscription service commitments are set out in the agreed subscription contract.
Your rights and changes to these terms
Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability or consumer right that the law does not allow us to exclude.
Updated website terms apply to future website use. Changes to an existing subscription follow its agreed contract and applicable law. When a subscription ends, access, content export, domain transfer where applicable and personal-data return or deletion follow the subscription agreement and data processing terms.
We explain how this marketing website uses personal information in our privacy notice and cookies and storage notice. Questions about these terms: info@webarto.co.uk.
